Responsibilities

Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude; Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with; Following the brand’s guidelines and quality standards on every interaction; Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems; Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

Requirements

Reviewing user-generated content against the platform’s community guidelines; Identifying and actioning content that violates policy, accurately and within SLA; Escalating sensitive or borderline cases following the correct protocol; Keeping up to date with policy changes and applying them consistently; Maintaining accuracy and productivity targets while handling sensitive material; Resident of a country within the European Union; European passport
