Responsibilities

Own and deliver the CI; Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement Initiatives; Analyse data to improve performance and reduce waste; Lead cross-functional improvement; Coach teams in CI tools and problem-solving

Requirements

Proven CI and Lean Manufacturing experience in Food / FMCG manufacturing; Strong background in Operational Excellence and Root Cause; Experienced in leading cross-functional change and improvement; Data-driven with strong analytical, project management and Excel; Collaborative leader focused on driving measurable business
