Contract Manager (Infrastructure Design)

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts with clients, vendors, and partners,; Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures,; Ensure effective project governance through contract compliance monitoring, reporting, and risk management activities,; Support claims management activities, including claim preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution,; Analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure organizational interests are protected,; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and address contractual issues,; Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying and resolving any discrepancies,; Prepare and maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records,; Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices,; Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for contract-related risks,; Assist in the resolution of contract disputes and claims,; Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Technical Coordinators in managing projects,; Support Project Managers and Department Managers in drafting contractual correspondence,; Play an active role in the project reviews, including financial part, by supporting the PMs with the risk assessment and quantification,; Actively participate in the tender phase, by giving input at offers preparation,; Liaise with the central CM Team.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position,; Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial practices, and risk management,; Extensive experience in working with FIDIC Conditions of Contract and/or similar, HG1, etc; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,; Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,; Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills,; Excellent organizational and time management abilities,; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
