Contractor - Rehabilitation Consultant

We’re seeking experienced Contractor Rehabilitation Counsellors to deliver high-quality vocational rehabilitation services across a range of schemes including workers’ compensation, CTP, and government-funded programs.

Responsibilities

Conduct vocational and psychosocial assessments; Develop and implement individualised return-to-work plans; Provide counselling and support for physical and psychological injuries; Liaise with employers, insurers, and health professionals; Maintain accurate case notes and meet compliance standards

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology; Full registration with ASORC, AASW or APHRA; Considerable experience working in occupational rehabilitation and proven track record of contracting with other clients; Strong communication and case management skills; Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload; Full driver's licence and own vehicle
