Hours & Pay

- PRN/Per Diem
- 3:00pm-7:30pm
- Every other weekend required
- Occasional holidays
- $17.00/hour

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold dishes according to recipes and production sheets; Assist in batch cooking items to ensure optimal food quality and consistency; Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations; Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service; Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; Assist in menu planning and suggest new recipes or improvements to existing dishes

Requirements

1+ year(s) cooking experience preferred; High School diploma, GED or eqivalent preferred; Ability to read, understand and follow recipes and production sheets accurately; Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipe quantities; Culinary school training, ServSafe certification or other relevant education are a plus
