Pay & Compensation

- Full Time Position, 40 hours weekly
- Hours: Sunday 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday 9:30am-6:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:30am-7:00pm
- Pay: $17.00/hour
- This position may be eligible for a shift differential depending upon schedule.

Responsibilities

Assists in simple recipes for hot and cold food preparation. Batch cooks items ensuring optimal food quality, i.e., scrambled eggs, french-fries, vegetables, fish, etc.; Follows “counts” designated on production sheets, as written.; Informs Chef when a recipe or food production sheet needs to be modified and informs Chef of potential shortages.; Instructs attendants in regards to menu offerings and/or menu changes.; Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalency.; One (1) year of related experience.
