Corporate Associate

Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate associate with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join the London team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving Corporate team, to work on high-quality matters and to contribute directly to the growth and development of the practice.

Responsibilities

Advising on and drafting articles of association, shareholders’ and investment agreements, partnership agreements, share option agreements (including EMI), client terms and board/shareholder resolutions; Providing general Company law and Companies Act advice; Leading smaller M&A transactions and assisting with larger ones, including SPAs, loan/facility/security documents, due diligence and transaction bibles; Taking a prominent role in Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) transactions as part of the EOT team; Manage your own caseload and deal directly with clients; Build and maintain strong client relationships; Work across the wider Corporate team and support other practice areas as needed
