Our client’s M&A team advises on sophisticated cross-border public and private M&A matters for listed companies, multinational organisations and financial sponsors across sectors including technology, financial services, fintech, pharmaceuticals, media and industrials. The firm is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years’ post-qualification experience to join the London team. You will advise on complex domestic and international transactions, working closely with leading practitioners and high-profile clients.

Requirements

2-4 years’ relevant UK PQE; Strong experience in public and private M&A transactions; Proven ability to manage complex cross-border deals from inception to completion; Experience gained at a leading corporate/M&A practice; Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills; Strong academic credentials and commitment to high-quality work; You are proactive, collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
