Requirements

4+ years of corporate paralegal experience, with a strong focus on corporate housekeeping/governance for multiple entities across EMEA jurisdictions; Hands-on experience supporting the setup of new legal entities in new countries (formation, licensing, bank account opening, initial statutory filings); Working knowledge of corporate governance and filing requirements across major EMEA markets (e.g., UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, or similar), and comfort researching requirements in markets that are new to you; Experience with an entity management platform (e.g., Diligent Entities, Athennian, Blueprint, or similar) and strong corporate record-keeping discipline; Familiarity with UBO/beneficial ownership regimes and KYC processes; Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage many entities, deadlines, and jurisdictions at once; Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working directly with local counsel and government registries; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment, and to exercise sound judgment on when to escalate; High degree of professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Additional European language skills (e.g., French, German, Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese); Paralegal certificate, or a law degree/qualification from an EMEA jurisdiction; Experience at a fast-growing, multinational technology or logistics company; Exposure to M&A, intercompany restructuring, or group simplification projects
