Corporate Project Architect/Manager

CSO is currently seeking an experienced Project Architect/Manager, with a primary focus in Corporate projects, requiring extensive engineering coordination. CSO is a results-driven firm and is seeking a talented, energetic and driven individual focused on advancing their career. Corporate projects include, but not limited to: Workplace, healthcare, manufacturing/logistics, community, hospitality, housing/mixed use, airport and more.

Responsibilities

Manage projects and project teams; Produce documents through all project phases; Manage clients and coordination with consultants

Requirements

Ability to manage projects and project teams and produce documents through all project phases, as well as experience managing clients and coordination with consultants; Licensed Architect preferred; Minimum 6-10 years of experience managing commercial projects; Strong design and graphic skills, exceptional knowledge of space programming, contract documents, detailing, specifications, team production management and contract administration; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and in writing; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and associates; Strong computer skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office), as required to manage project teams
