Responsibilities

Portico are delighted to be recruiting an organised, polished, and people focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a renowned and historic institution in the heart of the West End.; As a Corporate Receptionist, you will ensure that every visitor receives a warm, attentive, and professional welcome. Your responsibilities will include:; Delivering an exceptional meet and greet service for members, guests, and VIP clientele; Conducting site tours and new member inductions; Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared to a high standard; Supporting the coordination of onsite events, seminars, and training sessions; Building strong relationships with members and anticipating their needs; Upholding the high standards and reputation of this iconic West End location; This is a role for someone who thrives in a polished, people centric environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy, prestigious setting. Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, 8am - 8pm (am shift: 08:00-16:30/ pm shift 11:30-20:00); Salary: £33,723 per annum
