Responsibilities

Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all outlets.; Conduct regular inventory and stock counts and investigate variances.; Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost reports.; Manage recipe, menu, and beverage costing and monitor theoretical vs. actual costs.; Monitor purchasing prices, receiving, stock transfers, wastage, and stock adjustments.; Identify cost-saving opportunities and support outlet profitability.; Ensure compliance with F&B financial controls and hotel policies.; Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Stores, Culinary, and F&B Operations teams.; Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or in a related field; Has 3–5 years of F&B Cost Control experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.; Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing, inventory, and purchasing controls.; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; Experience with financial management software and inventory systems (e.g., Futurelog, Opera); Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy; Outstanding organizational and time management abilities; Effective oral and written communication skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; Preferably familiar with United Arab Emirates financial regulations and practices
