Responsibilities

Coordinate the calendar and timeline for conducting counselling sessions at schools.; Speak to the partner school as per the requirement for career counselling purposes.; Observe and assist if needed with sessions with parents to discuss their child's progress and explain the benefits of the program.; Design and lead presentations, workshops, seminars, and webinars for students, parents, and educational institutions.; Be well-versed with the provided training biometric and psychometric assessments and communicate the results effectively to students and parents.; Address queries and concerns, highlighting how career services supports students academic and personal growth; Provide digital content, resources, literature and research for guidance; Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis, and/or well mix groups of all ages; Candidates with experience in personality, intelligence, career, and clinical testing will be preferred

Requirements

Master’s in Psychology, Counselling Psychology or related discipline preferred.; Understanding of career guidance, ethics and psychometric assessment.; Strong listening, documentation, safeguarding and parent communication skills.
