Requirements

CPV status; Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and principles; Sound written and verbal communication skills; Exceptional deadline and time management skills; Be efficient with technologies and information systems; Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills; Willingness to establish solid working relationships within the industry; Ability to ‘think outside the box’ and assist in developing our business; Passion for property industry; Current Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI); CPV accreditation; Australian driver’s license and own a personal motor vehicle
