Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member at our Lubbock, United States location! We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our fast-paced and customer-focused environment. As a Crew Member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Operate various equipment efficiently and safely; Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers; Prepare products according to company standards and recipes; Receive and process customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone; Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility through daily cleaning routines; Conduct inventory counts and complete associated paperwork; Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times; Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals; Adhere to food safety guidelines and quality control standards; Assist in additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

Must be {AGE} years of age or older; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; Proficiency in making correct monetary change; Computer literacy, with the ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen; Excellent motor coordination and dexterity; Near and mid-range vision capabilities; Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces; Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor; Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Team player mentality and willingness to collaborate with others; Basic food safety knowledge; Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively; Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights; Attention to detail in following recipes, procedures, and quality standards; Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
