CRM & Lifecycle Specialist - 6 month contract

The CRM & Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for creating, building and reporting on complex automated campaigns via in-app channels as well as email and SMS. Reporting directly to the CRM & Lifecycle Manager, this role helps accelerate company growth by improving customer retention and reducing churn. This is a 6 month contract. Veezu is the UK's fastest growing taxi and private hire technology platform operating across hundreds of UK towns and cities.

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders across the company to prepare, test and launch new automated campaigns via Braze; Run experiments to constantly optimise and improve campaign performance; Own and develop key lifecycle campaigns through data-driven insights and feedback loops; Provide regular reports on the campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI; Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation using Braze; Confidence and knowledge in building automation logics from scratch to facilitate engagement; Excellent analytical skills with a focus on performance tracking and data-driven decision-making; Proactive can-do attitude and the determination to achieve results
