Customer Experience Specialist role helping residents feel at home in the community and assisting prospective residents in finding their apartment home at Sugarmont Apartments & Townhomes. Part of Cottonwood Residential, an early adopter of Self-Guided Tours, focused on creating an exceptional customer experience through innovation and service.

Responsibilities

Greet customers including prospects, residents, and vendors; Provide courteous and prompt responses to resident and prospect inquiries via phone, email, and text; Answer phone calls to the property and take detailed notes; Ensure apartments are ready to show daily and for upcoming move-ins; Walk buildings, amenities, and vacant apartment homes to ensure quality standards; Understand pricing and information about available apartment homes and answer prospective renters' questions; Assist in planning community events and social media marketing; Organize package room daily; Maintain community-related communications and vendor relationships
