Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator

Clutch is Canada's largest online used car retailer. As the face of the company at the Mississauga location, the Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator is the first Clutch employee customers meet when they pick up or sell their vehicle, with the freedom to go above and beyond to create a great, unique customer experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer; be the face of the company in addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint of their appointment; inspect vehicles, carefully assessing cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues; accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork; take thorough notes in the customer tracking system; assist other team members with various tasks as necessary

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of customer-facing experience; G driver's license (valid in Ontario); 3 years of clean driver's abstract with no major infractions; clean criminal background check; legally authorized to work in Canada; minimum of 40 hours per week with overtime as needed; 4 weekday plus 1 weekend date working schedule

Nice to have

1+ years experience in the automotive industry; valid OMVIC license; passion for cars and the automotive industry; experience with warranty products
