WD is building the infrastructure behind the AI-driven data economy.
As AI scales, so does data. Every interaction, every model, every system generates data that must be stored, managed, and made accessible over time. That’s where we come in.
We combine deep engineering expertise with global-scale manufacturing to deliver the storage systems that make AI possible, powering hyperscale data centers, cloud platforms, and enterprise infrastructure worldwide.
This isn’t theoretical work. It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.
We’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.
Join us and let’s shape the future of data.
Join our dynamic and collaborative team to help with WD failure analysis automation and data analytics in support of requests from our customers teams. As Data Analytics / LLM / AI / SQL Engineer in Failure Analysis Team, you will be responsible for helping define requirements and plans and own implementation of Data Analytics / LLM and AI/ SQL and dashboard projects. You will collaborate with local FA team and other teams to drive the progress of the projects. These projects will create enhancements to the analytics and reporting dashboards, automate Electrical and Mechanical FA work and improve turn-around time of FA. You will review failure analysis report formats in the existing system and use them as reference for automating generation of FA reports. These reports are used to communicate key lab data and causes of failure to the customers, field application engineers, quality managers, manufacturing, or development teams. You will use Data Analytics, SQL, Apache Superset, PowerBI, Devin, Dremio and Python to create dashboard improvements used by FA Teams.
