Customer Marketing

As the Manager of Customer Marketing, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Business Development teams to drive demand and increase lifetime customer value. You will be a subject matter authority focused on driving nurture and engagement strategies through creative, human-centered solutions that turn homeowners into lifelong clean energy advocates.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and implementation for customer touchpoints across Email, SMS, and Push Notifications; Conceptualize and build automated workflows for every stage of the customer experience; Partner with broader marketing team to develop customer-facing content and social media strategies; Implement innovative customer journeys and data-driven functionalities; Maintain roadmap for A/B testing and optimization of digital touchpoints; Lead reporting on customer behavior including app usage, email engagement, and website activity; Track key performance indicators such as NPS/CSAT improvement, referral volume, and post-activation revenue generation; Build sophisticated segmentation and targeting models

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years of related experience in CRM, database marketing, or loyalty marketing; Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of CRM databases and Marketing Automation Systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo); Analytical Skills: Mastery in extracting qualitative and quantitative insights from data to drive business recommendations; Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build consensus among cross-functional partners; Ability to perform standard office duties, including prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to present to executive-level builder partners
