Responsibilities

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor; Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written; Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing; Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures; Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods; Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed; Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems; Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment; Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction; Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed; Ability to remain calm and empathetic when addressing customer concerns; High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
