Customer Service Rep (06880) - 5076 Doniphan Dr

Customer service representatives with personality and people skills are sought for Domino's Pizza. Team members make, bake, or take pizzas during day and night hours, part or full time. The role includes receiving and processing telephone orders, stocking ingredients, preparing product, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facilities. Orientation and training are provided on the job. Advancement opportunities are available, and many team members began as delivery drivers and later became franchise owners.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment; Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler; Prepare product; Receive and process telephone orders; Take inventory and complete associated paperwork; Clean equipment and facility approximately daily; Process orders over the phone and in person

Requirements

You must be 16 years of age or older; Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator); Must be able to make correct monetary change; Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; Ability to stand for most tasks, lift cases up to 50 pounds, and reach continuously
