Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and address their needs with enthusiasm and empathy; Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our computer system; Handle monetary transactions and make correct change when necessary; Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner; Maintain a clean and organized work area; Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods; Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies; Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed; Provide feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvement

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor; Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately; Proficiency in data entry and order processing using computer systems; Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment; Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively; Patience and ability to maintain composure under pressure; Detail-oriented approach to ensure order accuracy; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends; Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting; Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training!
