Customer Service Representative (English Speakers)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative English Account at Sutherland's location in Cairo. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication.

Requirements

Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills; Proficiency in English B2; Grads and Dropouts only; Flexibility with night and overnight shifts; Flexibility with Rotational shifts; Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
