Scott Petroleum is seeking a CSR – (Customer Service Representative) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to gain experience in a customer-focused environment.

2. Customer Service

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Provide information about products and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Promote a positive customer service experience with a customer-centric approach.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
- Help monitor office inventory levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
- Arrange and display merchandise to attract customer attention.

3. Safety and Compliance

- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security.

Responsibilities

Scanning all documents and files; Taking payments and balancing cash drawer and daily work.; Data Entry; Building and updating reports.; Dispatch delivery orders to drivers.; Monitor Customer Tanks that may need a fill.; Fill propane bottles on the bottle dispenser station.

Requirements

Strong computer skills to include MS Office Suite…emphasis on Excel.; High school diploma or equivalent.; Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.; Willingness to work flexible hours, occasional overtime as needed.; Strong organizational and communication skills.
