Responsibilities

Handling customer orders by phone and in person; Dispatch delivery orders to drivers; Maintaining daily and monthly inventory totals; Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner; Provide information about products; Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently; Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment; Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.; Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.; Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and recording transactions.
