As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and solutions to designated product lines; Prepare pricing and delivery quotations; Process incoming orders; Make changes to customer orders as required; Respond to customer concerns; Process RGA's and credit memos; Communicate effectively verbally, and in writing; Coordinate with several areas of the business seeking to find a mutually beneficial solution

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams; Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently; Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and responsive approach to support; Familiarity with document management systems and basic reporting techniques

Nice to have

3–5 years in high-volume Customer Service role preferred; Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
