Customer Service Representative

Join us as a Customer Services Representative in Athy, Ireland! This is a 6-month fixed-term role. You will manage your own portfolio of customers, acting as their main point of contact for orders, pricing, deliveries, and general enquiries. Full training and induction will be given by an experienced member of the team, including hands-on support using our SAP system. This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-4.45pm.

Responsibilities

Manage your own portfolio of customers, handling calls and emails about orders, pricing, deliveries, and stock availability; Process customer orders accurately and keep our SAP system updated with all relevant information; Keep customers informed of order and delivery changes, and manage credits, debits and returns in line with company policy; Liaise with production, logistics and purchasing teams to resolve queries around product availability and transport; Provide pricing information to existing account holders and identify opportunities to upsell relevant products; Carry out general office administrative duties to support the wider team; Contribute to a safe working environment by following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

Experience working in a fast-paced environment; Highly organised with strong planning skills; A friendly, resourceful approach and the ability to work well as part of a team; Confidence working on your own initiative; Good IT skills and a strong telephone manner
