Responsibilities

Receive documents.; Prepare customs entries in Customsware or other customs software.; Understand the elements of the Import & export customs SOP.; Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating systems.; Ensure timely customs clearance of shipments.; Monitor customs clearances and communicate with Customers.; Timely and accurate shipment processing, ensuring smooth freight process flow.; Invoice customers the expected charges and follow proper credit approval processes in order to minimise risk ad protect the company.

Requirements

Global logistics industry knowledge; Effective interpersonal skills; Pro-active approach and strong organizational skills; Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word); Fluent in English
