Danish-speaking Fashion Enthusiasts - Customer Advisor for Fashion Brand, Greece

On behalf of our client, we are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a remote team supporting customers across Europe.

Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat; Support customers with orders, deliveries, payments and general inquiries; Handle complaints professionally and efficiently; Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey; Work closely with an international, remote team

Requirements

Fluent Danish (written & spoken); Very good English; Interest in fashion, lifestyle or online shopping; Comfortable working independently in a remote setup; Good technical understanding and computer skills; Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset; Based in Greece or willing to relocate
