Customer support role representing Singapore Airlines in Athens, Greece, with relocation support, full training and the opportunity to develop experience with airline reservations, booking processes and travel technology.

Responsibilities

Assisting passengers with flight reservations and booking changes; Helping customers understand ticket conditions, fees and airline policies; Processing refunds and reservation updates; Providing travel and flight information; Supporting travel agencies and corporate partners; Working with airline reservation and booking systems; Delivering the level of service expected from a premium international airline

Requirements

Speaks Danish fluently (C1+); Has a good level of English; Enjoys helping and communicating with people; Is comfortable learning new systems; Is adaptable and open to an international environment; Is genuinely interested in living and working in Greece
