Data Analyst II, Business Insights

We are seeking an exceptional AI-Native Data Analyst to join Garner and drive how data shapes business decisions at scale. You'll be the person the business trusts to turn fuzzy questions into the metrics, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses that decisions actually get made on — owning that work end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Own KPIs and dashboards end-to-end; Be a thought partner on measurement; Build scalable data pipelines; Develop deep domain expertise; Close reporting gaps; Raise the bar on data practices; Answer high-stakes, ambiguous questions

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-centric role; Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders; Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end; Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability; Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents; Track record of getting stakeholders trustworthy, self-serve access to the information they need; Hands-on with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale; Desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team

Nice to have

Experience with BI/visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar); Experience with dbt
