Data Analyst

Responsible for auditor support with data analytics / analytics tools for audit preparation and execution.

Responsibilities

Understanding and analyzing data of business process areas (e.g. end-to-end processes like human resources, accounting, finance, logistics, purchasing, sales etc.); Execution and development of respective data analytics, incl. scoping of topic and introduction of new analytic solutions (e.g. via SQL, Python); Preparation of dashboards via Power Bi, Power-pivot, process automations; Supporting headquarter-team for use-cases with advanced data analytics and AI (e.g. supervised / unsupervised learning, text-mining)

Requirements

High IT affinity paired with knowledge of business areas or end-to-end processes (e.g. human resources, accounting, finance, logistics, purchasing, sales etc.); Experience in respective analytics tools / technology (e.g. Python, Power Bi, SQL, web-forms, data-lake); SAP (exposure to SAP data extraction and enterprise reporting environments); Good analytical skills, paired with curiosity and a sense / feeling for big data; Good at SAP data extraction, analysis; Strong knowledge on human resources or related functions as business process area; Independent and solution-oriented working style; Team-player with cooperative attitude, empathy, and ability to work successfully in diverse teams; Ability to present analytics for different target audiences; Fluent in English; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA; 7 to 8 years of experience

Knowledge / Experience in analytics methods (e.g., data analytic methods, data management, automation methods, data visualization); Exposure to GenAI tools; Jenkins; VS Code; further languages a plus
