Responsibilities

Drive analysis on important strategic decisions in order to optimize the client's business; Provides recommendations and actions; Mine data from primary and secondary sources; Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in new markets and products; Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports; Filter and “clean” data, and review reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems; Locate and define new process improvement opportunities; Clean and prune data to discard irrelevant information; Analyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniques; Pinpoint trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data sets; Provide concise data reports and clear data visualizations for management; Design, create and maintain relational databases and data systems; Triage code problems and data-related issues

Requirements

1 to 2+ years of data science / business intelligence / investment banking / consulting or related experience, high-growth analytics or operations experience a plus; Exceptional Excel / data management skills; SQL, coding experience is required; Must have a passion for hacking things together in order to solve the hardest problems; Have good understanding of the Digital Marketing industry in the MENA region; Strong communication and organization skills; Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength; Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ambitious, willing to work hard, and are looking to advance your career; Well organized, can handle stress, ambiguity and deadlines.; At least conversant in Digital and have a willingness and capacity to learn; Saudi nationality, knowledge of Saudi culture, and fluency in English/Arabic language are preferred but not prerequisites
