Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making; Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans; Assist in analyzing financial data and identifying key trends to provide meaningful insights; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information; Aid in the development and maintenance of financial models for accurate planning; Contribute to the preparation of management presentations on financial performance; Participate in ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required; Identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, CA/CMA Inter, MBA Finance or equivalent; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; Working knowledge in VB/SQL is a plus; Effective communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a collaborative team environment; Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment; 1-2 years of experience in Internal/External Reporting; Proficient in power BI

Nice to have

Working knowledge in VB/SQL is a plus; Experience with Python on process automation, data manipulation and analysis
