Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI-driven solutions for genAI copilots, recommendations, RAG and etc; Build and scale predictive and generative models using modern ML; Explore and apply Agentic AI concepts to automate decision-making and enhance customer engagement; Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data across multiple domains; Develop compelling data stories through advanced visualization and storytelling techniques; Partner with cross-functional teams to co-create innovative solutions using the latest in cloud, ML Ops, and real-time data platforms; You may need to manage a team, depending on your seniority

Requirements

Explore data and uncover insights that drive action; Apply modern machine learning techniques to solve business challenges; Communicate findings clearly and effectively; Stay current with emerging trends in Machine Learning & GenAI; A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; 6-12 years of hands-on experience in data science; Proficient in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), familiarity with SQL; Experience with deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning, and exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Apache Spark; Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; A curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation
