Requirements

A hospitality enthusiast with a heart for service and a keen eye for detail.; Experienced in front desk operations, ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel setting.; A confident communicator who thrives in both day and night shifts.; Calm under pressure, organized, and always ready to make someone’s day better.; Skilled in identifying guest needs and proactively offering upgrades or additional services to enhance their stay.
