We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Columbia location (416 S 9th Street). In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territories; Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient time management and on-time arrivals; Provide exceptional customer service, including friendly interactions and professional communication; Verify delivery addresses and customer information to ensure accuracy; Handle and transport products with care, maintaining product quality throughout delivery; Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation; Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly; Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices; Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns; Collaborate with the team to meet daily delivery goals and support operational efficiency

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license; Minimum 2 years of driving history; Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries; Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Strong interpersonal and customer communication abilities; Ability to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing delivery schedules; Physical capability to safely lift and transport packages; Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitude; Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed; Preferred: Experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation roles
