We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team at our Chesterfield, United States location (13728 Olive Blvd). As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting packages and goods to customers while maintaining exceptional service standards. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to ensuring every delivery is completed on time and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

Operate delivery vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations; Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet daily schedules and customer expectations; Load, unload, and handle packages with care to prevent damage; Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures; Communicate professionally with customers and address any delivery concerns; Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues; Navigate using GPS and delivery management systems to optimize route efficiency; Meet or exceed daily delivery targets while maintaining a clean driving record; Represent the organization positively through courteous and professional interactions; Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Proven commercial driving experience; Strong knowledge of traffic laws and vehicle safety regulations; Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages (up to 50 lbs regularly); Excellent time management and organizational skills; Proficiency with GPS navigation and route planning; Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and meet strict delivery schedules; Familiarity with delivery management software and digital documentation systems; Professional communication skills, both verbal and written; Preferred: Experience with the Chesterfield area and surrounding regions; Preferred: Experience using mobile delivery tracking applications
