We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Jacksonville location (901 W Morton Ave). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Jacksonville; Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity; Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience; Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly; Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition; Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations; Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route updates, delays, or customer concerns; Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles; Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations; Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license; Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history; Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards; Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills; Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly; Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology; Reliable transportation and consistent attendance; Professional attitude, reliability, and a commitment to safety; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed; Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery; Willingness to pass a criminal background check
