We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Erie. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages and goods to designated locations; Load and unload packages with care, ensuring proper handling of all items; Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency; Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon package delivery; Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption; Participate with regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly; Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries professionally; Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies; Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older; Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS technology; Strong time management and organizational abilities; Previous delivery experience preferred, but not required; Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Ability to work independently and manage time effectively; Flexible schedule, including availability for weekend and evening shifts as needed; Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
