Demand Planner

Responsibilities

Validate and forecast spare parts demand per product and warehouse, considering seasonality and trends; Manage a large spare parts portfolio and maintain planning data and master settings in SAP ERP; Consider global supply chain interdependencies in After Sales (replenishment, inventory management, workshop demands for repair); Collaborate cross-functionally with the planning team in Germany, regional service managers, and local warehouse contacts; Ensure high forecast accuracy and spare parts availability in local warehouses; Support overstock reduction based on spare part lifecycles

Requirements

Degree in Business, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering (focus on Supply Chain); 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning; Fluent English and Problem Solving Mindset; Advanced Excel skills; Strong SAP ERP knowledge

Nice to have

Knowledge of addONE and/or Kinaxis Maestro; Experience in an international environment; Product and market know-how; German language skills
