We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team at Lumino Feilding .

Hours

- Monday-Friday : 8:15am to 5:15pm

Responsibilities

Assisting our dentists and hygienists during a range of dental procedures; Providing chairside support and helping ensure patients feel comfortable throughout their visit; Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures; Sterilising instruments and maintaining high standards of infection control; Supporting patient arrivals and helping maintain accurate patient records; Assisting with appointment scheduling and general administration when required; Working closely with the wider practice team to help keep the day running smoothly

Requirements

Previous Dental Assistant or healthcare experience, although training can be provided for the right person; Excellent communication and customer service skills; A friendly, professional, and empathetic approach to patient care; Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment; Great attention to detail; A commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety; The ability to work well as part of a collaborative team; A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop; Valid New Zealand work rights
