Dental Assistant/Receptionist - Maven Dental Port Lincoln

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining chairside assisting with reception and wants to build their skills across all areas of the practice.

As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist , you'll play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly and creating a positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

Providing chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures.; Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional infection control standards.; Sterilising instruments and ensuring equipment is ready for clinical use.; Greeting patients with a warm, professional and caring approach.; Scheduling appointments, processing payments and managing patient records.; Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email and in person.; Supporting the team to ensure the practice operates efficiently each day.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, with the confidence to contribute from day one.; A positive, hardworking attitude and a genuine passion for dental care.; Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.; A commitment to professional development and learning.; Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) .
