We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team on a casual basis . If you’re confident chairside, enjoy working with patients and thrive in a busy practice environment, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our patients receive a positive experience.

Responsibilities

Providing chairside assistance to our dentists and clinicians; Preparing treatment rooms and equipment; Sterilisation and infection control; Supporting clinicians during a range of dental procedures; Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented practice; Providing friendly and professional patient care; Assisting with stock management and general practice duties

Requirements

Has previous dental assisting experience; Is confident working chairside in a busy dental practice; Has a strong understanding of infection control and sterilisation procedures; Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Is reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team; Has a friendly and positive approach to patient care; Is comfortable working across different clinicians and procedures
