Deployment Lead

Taktile empowers financial institutions to transform into truly AI-native organizations. We’re growing rapidly with enterprise customers across banks and insurance companies, and we’re looking for a Deployment Lead to serve as the strategic partner who ensures our customers successfully implement and unlock maximum value from AI-driven decision-making. In this post-sale role, you'll be the primary point of contact guiding enterprise customers through complex implementations and driving sustained business impact.

Responsibilities

Act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers post-sale and coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions, Data) to deliver high-impact projects on time; Translate complex business problems into workflows and product configurations and become a subject-matter expert in the Taktile platform and the business value it can unlock for our customers; Closely collaborate with Taktile’s Account Executive and Solution Engineers to build strong relationships with executive level stakeholders as well as Taktile’s core users within customer teams; Identify new opportunities for product expansion and adoption within customer accounts and continuously gather feedback and insights to inform product development and iterate on delivery playbooks with our product and engineering teams

Requirements

Curious & Creative; Clear Communicator; Entrepreneurial; Team Player; Experienced - 4-6 years of experience in tech consulting, tech implementation or customer-facing roles at high-growth startups or enterprises in B2B SaaS and demonstrated team leadership in various situations; Organized; Technically Fluent; Mobile – Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time

Nice to have

Experience in implementing AI at scale in enterprise context; Domain expertise in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, lending, payments, etc.); Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality; Knowledge of APIs and basics of Python and SQL
