Depot Manager

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Depot Manager (Customer Service Delivery Manager) is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of all deliveries, installations and services. This role involves leading the team to achieve Operational Excellence and consistently meet or exceed customer service levels.

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional communication to customers to enhance customer satisfaction and cultivate strong relationships with customers; Overseeing the delivery of high-quality products and services to all customers; Ensuring that all customer site installations are managed, installed, and signed off in strict adherence to company Operational Excellence; Overseeing the depot's Profit & Loss performance by controlling costs within budget and ensuring profitable execution of all product and service deliveries; Overseeing all depot transport activities; Leading and inspiring the team, driving efficiency and innovation in daily operations; Ensuring the depot and team adheres to health and safety legislation and company policies; Conducting regular safety inspections and promptly addressing identified safety issues; Creating a positive and motivated work environment by training, motivating, and developing team members

Requirements

Strong leadership skills; Keen understanding of customer service principles; Track record of driving performance improvements; Experience of managing a team; Experience of maximising operational excellence and surpassing KPIs; Strong IT skills; Full driving license

Nice to have

Experience working in the equipment rental market is desirable but not essential
