Deputy manager - Maintenance

Position vacated following the resignation of Mr. Ganesh Patil (employee No: 70068874). Piramal Pharma Solutions is a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), offering end-to-end development and manufacturing solutions across the drug life cycle.

Responsibilities

To look after day-to-day maintenance of equipment's condition; Co-ordination with Production Officers in shift to solve any maintenance problems; Delegation of work to workmen as per planning attending to breakdown jobs; Documentation of work orders as prescribed; Work distribution of work orders as prescribed; Ensuring the completion of the breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same; Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices; Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness; Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately; Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers; Verification and measurement certification of vendor bills as per ARC/Quotation; Act as SHE core Team members (HOD to identify the SHE Core Team Members); Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors; Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors; Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior; As per schedules preventive maintenance of all equipment's must be complete in time; Update the history records; Conducting trainings to the team
