Design Engineer, Mobile Control valve & HMI– DC-MH project

Design and development of hydraulic products – Mobile control valves and Joystick for Mobile hydraulics applications. Configuration of the Control Valve for the requirements & applications. Working knowledge in Ratio Projects: Cost reduction, weight reduction analysis and implementation. Problem solving methods and solutioning. Design and manufacturing of castings, forgings and machining process for hydraulic products. Design of Spools for Control valves. GD&T, tolerance Stack up. Ability to independently deliver CAD models, manufacturing drawings according to ASME/ISO-GPS standards. Tools required: Creo, Windchill PDM, SAP and AutoCAD.

Requirements

Hydraulics domain knowledge is must; Design and development of hydraulic products – Mobile control valves and Joystick for Mobile hydraulics applications; Good understanding of various control system and selection to the requirements & applications; Configuration of the Control Valve for the requirements & applications; Working knowledge in Ratio Projects: Cost reduction, weight reduction analysis and implementation; Good knowledge in Problem solving methods and solutioning; Design and manufacturing of castings, forgings and machining process for hydraulic products; Design of Spools for Control valves; GD&T, tolerance Stack up; Ability to independently deliver CAD models, manufacturing drawings according to ASME/ISO-GPS standards; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Tools required: Creo, Windchill PDM, SAP and AutoCAD; B.E./B.Tech(Mechanical)
