Designer - Senior Designer - Civil 3D

Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D models for underground utility networks using Autodesk Civil 3D . Model wet and dry utilities , including storm drainage, sanitary sewers, water distribution, gas, and telecom.; Generate plan, profile, and cross-section drawings for construction and regulatory approvals. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using tools like Navisworks .; Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate representation of existing and proposed conditions. Maintain model integrity and ensure as-built conditions are accurately reflected.; Work within multi-user environments using cloud platforms (ACC, ProjectWise).; Customize object styles, label styles, pipe network styles , and configure part lists as per project requirements. Support data management through shortcuts and drawing references.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering , Civil Technology , or a related field.; 5 - 10 years of experience in Civil 3D utility modeling .; Proficiency in AutoCAD , Civil 3D , and Navisworks .; Experience with ACC , BIM 360 , or ProjectWise .; Strong understanding of municipal infrastructure standards and construction documentation .
